Truth and Reconciliation Saskatchewan and British Columbia National Events
The Truth and Reconciliation Commission is mandated to host up to seven(7) National Events as a means of gathering survivors of the Indian Residential School System.
We have contracted with "Stan Wesley” as a Master of Ceremonies(MC) for our Saskatchewan National Event held in Saskatoon in Jun 2012 and he done such a remarkable job we hired him as co-MC for our BC National Event held in Vancouver of September, 2013. Stan is a well polished speaker and keeps his audience engaged throughout the four day events. The subject matter during these events is at times quite sensitive and emotional and Stan does an excellent job of raising the spirits of the audience through his humour and sharing of personal stories at opportune times.
Stan is a dynamic professional and TRC would not hesitate to contract with Stan again if the opportunity arises.
Thanks again Stan for all your efforts, we are very happy with your role and contribution as MC during our National Events as we gather as many survivors and their families together to share their personal stories and experiences.

Stan has a natural gift of humour, and the ability to bring together a room full of strangers, and make them feel like old friends before the morning is over.. With Stan, you are not only getting a great speaker with tons of energy and a positive attitude – you are getting someone who truly cares for and understands the issues that affect Aboriginal people in Canada. Undeniably, Stan’s sincerity, professionalism, talent and wonderful energy will inject success into every conference or event you host!”

"He brings with him an ability to take charge of any situation and can take a crowd of half asleep youth slumped in their chairs to being pumped and ready to go within 10mins of him speaking. Without fail every year we receive comments back from participants that "Stan is the Man” and they are not shy to let us know that he was their favourite part. From a organizers perspective he gives the reassurance that everything you need him to do is taken care of. You do not need to give him copious amount of notes or direction, just an overall idea and he’ll run with it wonderfully. Nothing beats being busy trying to organize a million things to hear your MC say, "Don’t worry, I got it. Everything will be great”. He goes over and above what other MC do and for that I will always appreciate him.”

"Stan is always great to work with! He knows what he’s doing even with little information. He’s great with people and loves to have fun! The most important thing he does is make people listen, and what he says is worth listening to. I recommend inviting him to your events because he won’t disappoint!”
Long time Client Testimonial, Kari Chiapetta Consulting
I have hired Stan a number of times as Master of Ceremony and Facilitator at various conferences. He always does an absolutely amazing job keeping the energy levels high, telling stories to tie the presentations to real life situations, reading a crowd and knowing when people need a break, a laugh or a good story. He has an uncanny ability to make instant personal connections and put delegates at ease. He truly is a skilled Master of Ceremonies.
Often when conference delegates are asked what they like best about a conference, many of them mention that Stan was their favourite part of the entire conference.
His sense of humour, ability to make people feel welcome and comfortable and his ability to stay on time and task are all skills that I admire and respect in Stan.
As a full time conference coordinator, I highly recommend Stan as a Master of Ceremonies and know that when the opportunity arises, I will most certainly be hiring him for future conferences.
